Mr. Pomeroy’s primary practice areas include commercial leasing and commercial litigation. Mr. Pomeroy also focuses on real property and commercial transactions. Mr. Pomeroy represents landlords and tenants in complex leasing transactions, commercial defendants and plaintiffs in complex litigation, and developers in real estate transactions.

Mr. Pomeroy received his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark law school where he served as senior editor for the BYU Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Mr. Pomeroy has been a member of the Utah State Bar since 2001 and is admitted to practice before both Utah state and federal courts.
