Fabian Law: David N. Kelley

David’s primary practice areas include Employment Law, ERISA Litigation, and Product Liability Defense. He represents employers in all areas of employment relationships including, drafting employment applications, policies, handbooks and agreements, providing diversity training, and conducting workplace investigations. David has represented employers at all stages of litigation in discrimination claims. He also has experience representing self-funded and insured ERISA plans, including plan insurers, administrators, and fiduciaries.

David graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University College of Law as a member of the Order of the Coif. At the same time, David also earned his Masters Degree from the Brigham Young University Psychology Department focusing in the areas of persuasion, social influence, and sexual harassment.
