Mr. Hague practices primarily in the areas of employment and ERISA law, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Utah in 2007, and is a member of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Hague graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he was Order of the Coif, Managing Editor of the Kansas Law Review, and recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Award. Mr. Hague is the author of “The Ninth Amendment: A Constitutional Challenge to Corporal Punishment in Public Schools.” 55 U. Kan. Law Rev. 429 (2007). During law school, he completed a judicial internship with Judge Karlin of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of Kansas. Before attending law school, Mr. Hague worked for a large regional bank in their commercial leasing department. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Utah, with honors, Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Golden Key Honor Society in 2004.
