Ms. Whitsett, Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Utah and former Deputy General Counsel for the Huntsman Corporation, joined Fabian & Clendenin as “Of Counsel” in November, 2003. Her practice concentrates primarily on transactional work, including securities and finance, general business, corporate and employment law advice, as well as corporate compliance and tax exempt organizations. She earned her law degree from the University Southern California, where she was a member of the exclusive Order of the Coif. She has additional graduate and undergraduate degrees in Biology from Yale and Stanford, respectively. Ms. Whitsett is currently a member of the Salt Lake City Mayor’s Green Team and writes a monthly column, “ECOnomic Ventures,” for the Enterprise, a Salt Lake area weekly business publication.
