Mr. Jubber has been with Fabian & Clendenin since 1981. He specializes primarily in the area of bankruptcy reorganization and commercial litigation. He has represented creditors, debtors, lessors, trustees, and creditors’ committees in a wide range of bankruptcy cases. The cases have involved real estate partnerships, oil, gas and mining companies, hotels, retail operations, farm and ranching operations, time share companies and trucking companies. He is currently a Panel Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah. Mr. Jubber has also served as a mediator in the United States District Court’s alternative dispute resolution program. He has served as Chairman of the Bankruptcy Section of the Utah State Bar (1992) as a member of the Bankruptcy Rules Committee, and as Chairman of the Murray City Planning & Zoning Commission. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree, cum laude, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, and a Master of Business Administration, at Brigham Young University, in 1980. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from BYU in 1976.
