Fabian Law: Jay B. Bell

Mr. Bell’s practice has concentrated on the representation of organizers, owners, sellers and purchasers of business entities since 1979. He has formed and worked with a significant number of different specialized entities, including, but not limited to, insurance companies banks and industrial loan corporations. The size of these businesses has varied, with several having a net value more than ten million dollars. In representing these clients, he has planned and prepared organizational corporate documentation, prepared and filed necessary documentation with various governmental regulatory bodies, as well as provided underlying structural and tax planning.

Mr. Bell is a Member of the Utah State Bar, the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association. He was awarded his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami in 1978, his Juris Doctor Degree (with high distinction) from the University of the Pacific in 1977, and his Bachelor of Science (cum laude) from the University of Utah in 1974.
