Kyle C. Jones practices primarily in the areas of Business Organizations, Tax and Transactions. He has more than 14 years of experience negotiating and structuring commercial matters including business organizations, government contracts, commercial finance, and mergers and acquisitions. His perspective includes significant experience working in both private practice and an in-house environment where he was both a provider and consumer of legal services. Kyle has worked in the industrial services, manufacturing and distribution, venture capital, and professional services industries. He also worked as an auditor in a national public accounting firm serving a diverse mix of clients. Kyle graduated from two top ten programs including a Bachelor of Sciences in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from Brigham Young University in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1993. He is a member of the Utah State Bar and has been admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
