Lisa is a member of Fabian’s Business, Tax & Transactions and Energy & Utilities practice groups. Lisa’s experience includes drafting transactional documents in a variety of commercial settings throughout the United States and in Australia, South America, and Norway. She has been involved in numerous aspects of business formation, business planning, manufacturing, purchasing, licensing, securities, financings, venture capital, restructuring, and merger and acquisition transactions, where her M.B.A. from Thunderbird has proven useful. Among the public and private companies for whom she has worked are utilities, software / hardware developers, manufacturers, venture capital funds, and industry roll-up holding companies.

Lisa is a graduate of Puget Sound University (B.A., Comparative Politics 1993) and Willamette University College of Law (J.D., 1998) and, as noted above, has an M.B.A. from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management (1999).
