Mr. Fisher’s major emphasis is in Education Law, representing six school districts. His practice includes Labor, Construction, Condemnation and Student Rights Litigation. He is a registered Lobbyist with the Utah State Legislature for three major industries. Major cases include teacher terminations, student rights and approximately 15 condemnation jury trials. Mr. Fisher also has a Domestic Relations practice and has tried numerous cases in that area. Mr. Fisher is a member of the Utah State Bar (Education Law Section) and the American Bar Assocaition (State Government and State Officers Section). He is a past director of the National Organization on Legal Problems of Education and School Attorneys Association of the National School Board Association. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Brigham Young University Law School from 1994 to the present. He is a lobbyist registered with the Utah State Legislature, from 1980 to present, representing AFLAC Insurance Co., The Motion Picture Association of America and Anheuser-Busch. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in 1961 and his Juris Doctor from George Washington University in 1964.
