Mr. Kittrell is an associate attorney at Fabian & Clendenin, where he practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2003.

Mr. Kittrell graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2003, where he served as Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Family Studies and as a teaching assistant for the school’s legal writing program. Mr. Kittrell’s legal background has given him extensive courtroom and trial experience. After law school, Mr. Kittrell clerked for the Honorable James Z. Davis at the Utah Court of Appeals, and then worked at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association, representing indigent defendants on felony and misdemeanor matters. Mr. Kittrell earned a B.S. from Northwestern University’s School of Speech in 1998. He is a member of the Utah Minority Bar Association and the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
