Mr. Anderson’s practice with Fabian & Clendenin focuses on commercial litigation with particular interest real property litigation and bankruptcy. He graduated from Columbia University Law School in 1996 as a Stone Scholar and Head Notes Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. Before law school, he worked on Governor Leavitt’s 1992 inaugural campaign and upon election, he worked in the Governor’s office as the Director of Constituent Affairs. After law school, Mr. Anderson clerked for Justice Russon of the Utah State Supreme Court. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1996. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with honors, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Utah in 1991, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Columbia University Law School in 1996.
