Ms. Brunelle practices primarily in the areas of business and transactions, including corporate compliance, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. She also practices in the area of complex commercial litigation.
Ms. Brunelle graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2007, with Highest Honors and as a member of Order of the Coif. She served as Managing Editor of the Utah Law Review and authored “Political Education: An Analysis of the Policy and Politics Behind Utah’s Opposition to No Child Left Behind,” Note, 2006 Utah Law Review 419. During law school, Ms. Brunelle won the CALI awards for Contracts, Criminal Law, Lawyering Skills, Family Law, and Federal Income Tax, and the Outstanding Achievement Awards for Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property, and Environmental Law. She interned with Utah Legal Services, served as a faculty research assistant, and volunteered with Street Law, a free legal service for the homeless. Before law school, Ms. Brunelle recieved her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Vermont, with honors. Ms. Brunelle was admitted to the Utah State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Utah in 2007.
