Mr. Badger joined Fabian & Clendenin in 1987. His practice is primarily trial work in the United States District Court for the District of Utah representing domestic as well as international corporations in commercial, corporate and contract matters, including environmental and construction disputes. He is admitted to the Utah State Bar (1986, Litigation Section Chairman from 2002-2003); U.S. District Court, District of Utah (1986); and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit (1989). He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Utah in 1981, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Brigham Young University, cum laude, in 1986.
