Mr. Billings is president of Fabian & Clendenin. He graduated cum laude from the Harvard Law School in 1972 after obtaining his A.B. from Brown University. As a trial lawyer for over 30 years, his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation involving antitrust, class actions, bankruptcy and legal and accounting malpractice. He has represented business clients in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming and California. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Association and has been listed in each edition of Best Lawyers in America under both corporate law and bankruptcy law since the book was first published in 1989. He was appointed to chair the Utah Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on Appellate Rules. He also served as a member of the Inns of Court. Mr. Billings has served as a neutral arbitrator in United States District Court’s alternative dispute resolution program and has represented numerous corporate clients in complex disputes resolved by mediation.
