P. Bruce Badger
Bruce Badger joined Fabian in 1987 and has been going to court ever since. Bruce has developed an expertise in electric power plant litigation and has successfully represented our local electric utility for over 20 years in power plant, construction and eminent domain matters.
Having once been a carpenter of sorts, Bruce enjoys the nuts and bolts of residential and commercial construction and can speak your language if you have a construction dispute that you haven’t been able to resolve. Over the years, Bruce has represented numerous real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors of all shapes and sizes, and property owners in a wide variety of mechanic’s lien and construction cases.
Years ago, a power plant case led Bruce deep into the bowels of Article 2 (sale of goods) of the Uniform Commercial Code and he has never returned. Bruce has litigated contracts for the sale of electric generators, chemicals, wood products, extruded plastics, metal fasteners, Argentine leather, and widgets of all shapes and sizes.
Although his undergraduate degree is in Finance, Bruce must have a gene for engineering because he would rather work with engineers than just about any other discipline. He has represented clients in complex contract matters involving chemistry, metallurgy, mechanical engineering and the environmental sciences.
