Douglas B. Cannon

Doug Cannon is a shareholder in Fabian and has extensive experience in complex litigation with an emphasis on product liability, intellectual property and antitrust law.

Doug has represented clients in cases involving wrongful death, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other catastropic injuries resulting from defective products and automobile accidents. He has represented clients in state and federal court, and arbitration and mediation.

Doug is licensed to practice in Utah and Idaho.
