- Tim Clark has participated in several substantial cases, involving legal issues in anti-trust, bankruptcy, contract, energy and utilities, natural resources, environmental law, employment, intellectual property, and real estate. He has participated on litigation teams which have prevailed on a variety of issues and at different stages in litigation. For example, he helped win a preliminary injunction against a widely-recognized national association, allowing a state university to participate in the Division II football playoffs; likewise he helped win a summary judgment for a large airline defending itself against a disability discrimination claim. Another case resulted in a summary judgment and indemnification claim based on an asset purchase agreement, with a multi-million dollar award for a corporate client. In these cases, he has helped litigate a wide variety of sharply-contested legal issues and has taken a lead role in managing discovery, with its large number of associated documents.
