Clint R. Hansen
Clint Hansen is an associate at Fabian and has experience in a wide array of legal fields, including contract litigation, real estate purchase and lease disputes, condemnation law, personal injury, and products liability, among other things. He was named one of Utah’s Legal Elite in the area of civil litigation by Utah Business Magazine in 2011.
While attending the University of Texas School of Law, Clint was the Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Environmental Law Journal. He was the brief writer on a Bankruptcy Moot Court team which advanced to the quarter-finals in a national competition. Clint also completed a judicial internship with Judge William Wayne Justice of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas.
Prior to attending law school, Clint graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University where he had a full-tuition scholarship for academics.
