Felicia B. Canfield

Felicia Canfield is a shareholder attorney with Fabian who practices primarily in the areas of real estate, business and commercial litigation. Felicia was named as a Rising Young Star by Mountain States Super Lawyers in 2009. She was also named in Utah Business Magazine as one of Utah’s legal elite in Civil Trial for 2008 and 2009. She brings a broad and distinguished educational background to her legal practice. Her diverse academic experience along with the intense self-discipline, life and people skills she developed in national and world class athletic competition give Felicia a unique ability to deal with and resolve complex legal issues and litigation, and give her, when necessary, a tough-minded approach to controversy and conflict.

Felicia represents clients in litigation and other legal matters involving contracts, purchases and sales, partnership and entity disputes, title and priority issues, banking, condemnation proceedings, development, loans, leasing, and other business, real property, and commercial issues. Felicia routinely works with in-house counsel for corporate clients and with expert witnesses.
