Mark E. Kittrell
Mark Kittrell is an associate attorney at Fabian, where he practices primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation and criminal defense. Mark’s legal background has given him extensive courtroom and trial experience. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable James Z. Davis at the Utah Court of Appeals, and then worked at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association, representing indigent defendants on felony and misdemeanor matters.
