Kristin L. Aldred

Kristin Aldred is a trial associate at Fabian. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, employment disputes, and securities actions. She also has experience counseling employers on employment-related matters.

Ms. Aldred’s recent engagements include defending a major oil company against fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims, and defending an energy company against claims of employment discrimination and retaliation. Kristin graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, and she is a former federal law clerk. Prior to joining Fabian, she practiced law in Texas.

  • Represented current and former officers and directors in a derivative case in federal court arising out of the Company’s 2007 Foreign Corrupt Practices Act settlement. The case was dismissed.
  • Represented a major insurance company in various lawsuits over several years, including property damage and personal injury disputes
