Michele Mitchell

Michele Mitchell practices all aspects of employment law. She advises major employers in drafting employment applications and handbooks and in addressing personnel issues from hiring practices and employee morale to benefits and workplace violence. She represents employers in administrative and court challenges under all state and federal employment laws. She also assists employers with mediation and arbitration in addition to serving as a federal court-appointed mediator in employment matters.
