Nora K. Brunelle
Nora Brunelle practices primarily in the areas of corporate law and business transactions. Working with clients ranging from small start-ups to multi-national corporations, her experience includes business planning, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. She routinely assists companies with documenting debt and equity revenue-raising transactions, including private placements, as well as with a wide variety of commercial and internal contractual matters. In 2009 and 2010, she was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in the category of business law.
Nora also advises non-profit organizations, including private foundations, regarding governance, compliance with federal and state regulations, and other general business matters that tax-exempt organizations commonly confront.
Nora earned her J.D. at the University of Utah, where she graduated with highest honors (top 2%) and was Managing Editor of the Utah Law Review. She also served as President of the Business Law Society, which she helped found in 2005.

- Largest Series A Financing in Utah History - Nora was instrumental in assisting a biotechnology company in the Phase 1 clinical stage to acquire substantial financing from international venture capital sources in Utah's largest Series A Financing.
- Technology Start-Ups – Nora has assisted numerous start-up technology companies in the internet, biotechnology, GPS, and medical industries. Her work in this area includes business planning, entity formation, initial financings, and a variety of commercial transactions.
