Peter W. Billings
Peter Billings is the President of Fabian. A trial lawyer for over 35 years, his practice focuses on large, complex commercial litigation including antitrust, class actions, bankruptcy, environmental law, legal and accounting malpractice. He has represented business clients in Utah, Nevada, California and Wyoming. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Association and is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers, and Mountain States Super Lawyers. He has served as chair of the Utah Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on Appellate Rules. In addition to being a neutral arbitrator in the United States District Court’s alternative dispute resolution, he has acted as a mediator and as an advocate in numerous commercial disputes.
