Chad Pomeroy's primary practice areas include commercial leasing, and commercial litigation. Chad also focuses on real property and commercial transactions. He represents landlords and tenants in complex leasing transactions, commercial defendants and plaintiffs in complex litigation, and developers in real estate transactions.

- Sale of Metal Shredder and Recycling Facility—Acted as part of corporate legal team, assisting in structuring the deal, including title issues and corporate structure. Acted as primary attorney responsible for leasing issues.
- Joint Venture among Multiple Telecommunications Facilities—Represented numerous telecommunications companies in structuring transaction whereby multiple entities formed a self-selecting joint venture allowing for ongoing elective participation.
- Purchase of Self-Storage Facility—Represented purchaser of multiple self-storage facilities. Assisted in reviewing and preparing loan documents. Primary attorney responsible for overseeing closing of transaction.
- Joint Venture and Purchase of Island Development in the Bahamas—Represented party in complex, multi-party purchase and development of Bahamian island. Assisted in structuring the deal and due diligence. Primary attorney responsible for drafting joint venture governance documents and supervising closing.
- Financing—Chad represents borrowers and lenders with respect to all types of loans, including conventional loans, construction loans, and securitized financing. Loan closings include loan document review, escrow instruction preparation and review, opinions, and entity documents.
- Leasing—Chad does a significant amount of leasing work. He has prepared and negotiated leases for shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial space. He has significant experience with respect to standard terms and customized terms that benefit a given client in any given situation.
- Corporate Transactions—Has represented a wide variety of business entities with respect to joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and sales of business segments. He has experience with internal structuring issues, negotiation of issues, and closings.
- Litigation—Has extensive experience in the litigation of complex real property and commercial disputes, such as breach of contract and foreclosure.
