Sara E. Bouley

Sara Bouley, a shareholder in Fabian, maintains a diverse practice that includes complex business and corporate law, real estate litigation and transactional work, contract disputes, and trust and estate litigation. She has significant litigation experience. Sara has handled matters involving mortgage fraud, foreclosures, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, lender liability, corporate fraud, corporate governance issues, directors and officers' liability, construction disputes, product liability, including in mass tort matters, quiet title actions, easements, mechanics' liens, and personal injury.

Sara is also a real property Bar Examiner for the Utah State Bar.
