Victor A. Pollak
Victor Pollak is a shareholder in Fabian and has practiced law for over 25 years, focusing on corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions. He is experienced in documenting and negotiating corporate finance transactions, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, public offerings, licensing and e-commerce matters and a variety of other transactional matters encountered by businesses and their owners. Victor also counsels clients on management of intellectual property, executive compensation, beneficial ownership reporting and other business planning matters. Victor also served as a co-founder and CEO/general counsel of a bio-medical product research and development start-up company and later as a business development executive for an Internet information security infrastructure provider.
