Ms. Terry is an associate attorney at Fabian & Clendenin, where she practices primarily in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, employment law, and real estate law. She was admitted to the Utah State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Utah in 2005, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Terry graduated, cum laude, from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark College of Law in 2005. During law school, Ms. Terry served as a staff member of the BYU Law Review and as a member of the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Teams, winning runner-up in the Woody Deem Trial Advocacy competition. She also completed externships with Chief Judge Dee Benson and Judge Paul Cassell of the U.S. District Court of Utah. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in 2001 from Utah State University. While at USU, she served as president of the student senate and as a President’s Ambassador. She was also the recipient of the President’s Leadership Council Scholarship.
