Mr. Dale graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Utah College of Law in 1976, where he served for two years as an Associate Editor on the Utah Law Review, after graduating Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude with his B.A. from the University of Utah in 1972. Mr. Dale is a shareholder at the law firm of Fabian & Clendenin who has more than 28 years of experience in real estate, title, banking, commercial, and construction litigation and transactions, as well as personal injury litigation. He represents national and local title insurance underwriters and agents, and their insureds, banks, developers, contractors, brokers, and many others in complex litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Dale has served on the Layton City Planning Commission, as a judge pro tem in the Salt Lake Fifth Circuit Court, as a former member of the Board of Governors of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association, and as co-chair of the Utah State Nominating Committee for the State Institutional Trust Lands Administration.
