Ms. Bouley is a shareholder who practices primarily in the areas of litigation and real property law. Her real estate litigation experience includes mortgage fraud, foreclosures, landlord/tenant disputes, boundary disputes, lender liability, quiet title actions, easements, and mechanics liens. She has handled matters involving product liability, contract disputes, real estate transactions, trust and estate litigation, and personal injury. She graduated from the University of Utah College of Law, where she was a staff member (1995-1996) and an Articles Editor (1996-1997) of the Utah Law Review. She was also a William H. Leary Scholar. She has an M.A. in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (1993), and a B.A. in English from The University of Texas at Austin (1990). Ms. Bouley volunteers as a judge pro tempore in the Third Judicial District Court, Salt Lake County, Utah. She is the author of “Where’s the Beef? Allocating the Burden of Proof in Bailment Agreements Involving Missing Cattle Grazed on Public Rangeland: Cornia v. Wilcox,” Note, 1996 Utah Law Review 1081. She earned a private aircraft pilot’s license in 1989. Ms. Bouley is a member of the Utah State Bar and the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice before Utah state and federal courts.
