Fabian Law: Steven R. McMurray

Mr. McMurray graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in 1971. His over thirty years of experience has given him a wealth of background in commercial and real estate transactions and litigation. Mr McMurray has represented, and continues to represent, clients whose business takes them across the United States. He has served as general counsel to several large multi-state corporations, and has handled for them all of their commercial transactions and real estate acquisitions, sales, and leasing and handled or supervised their litigation and human resources issues. He specializes in representing emerging businesses of all types. He also represents numerous ranchers and several real estate developers and a large time share resort. Mr. McMurray is a member of the American Health Lawyer’s Association and represents a number of physicians and physician groups. He has been appointed to serve as a member of the University of Utah Health Sciences Center Planned Giving Committee. He is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in the State of Utah, before the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Utah State Bar, in its banking; corporations/business law; real property law; construction law, environmental law and health law sections.
