Ms. Barton practices primarily in the areas of Business, Estate, Tax and Transactions. Her experience includes international business and tax transactions for companies, including representing companies on sale or acquisition transactions, entity formation, tax exempt organizations, international business planning and complex entity structures. She has experience as an international attorney in the European Union and is fluent in Italian. Ms. Barton was admitted to the Utah State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Utah in May 2003. She graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah (December 2002), where she was a Senior Staff Member of the Utah Law Review. She graduated summa cum laude in 2000 from the University of Utah in Honors English.
