Mr. Clark is an associate attorney at Fabian & Clendenin, where he practices primarily in the areas of litigation, energy and utilities, corporate, tax, and securities law. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Utah in 2005 and is a member of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Clark graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2005, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. In addition, he received the Wallace Stegner Certificate in Environmental Law, was a William H. Leary Scholar, was on the staff of the Utah Law Review from 2003-2004 and received the Traynor Legal Writing Award in 2004 for his article “Legal Viability of The Yellowstone to Yukon Initiative in the United States.” He earned an undergraduate degree in history at Princeton University in 1995; his senior thesis was “Combat or Cooperation? A Comparison Between Northern Cheyenne and Crow Relations with the United States, 1825-1905.” Before attending law school, he worked as a social studies teacher and football coach at a Salt Lake area high school.
