Fabian Law Names Two New Shareholders
David R. Hague and Mark E. Kittrell have been named shareholders of Fabian Law.
David has been an associate with the firm since graduating from law school. He practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing secured and unsecured creditors, debtors and debtors-in-possession, and chapter 7 and 11 trustees in complex bankruptcy cases. He also represents clients in the areas of equipment leasing, collection law, and secured transactions.
Mark has been an associate at the firm since 2007. He practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation and criminal defense. His legal background has given him extensive courtroom and trial experience. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable James Z. Davis at the Utah Court of Appeals, and then worked at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association, representing indigent defendants on felony and misdemeanor matters.

Fabian Law Welcomes Newest Member to Salt Lake City Office
Kristin L. Aldred has joined Fabian Law as an associate.
Kristin graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2005, where she was on the Managing Board of the Virginia Journal of International Law and a semi-finalist in the school’s annual Moot Court competition. Prior to law school, she graduated magna cum laude from Rice University with majors in English and Religious Studies. She previously practiced law in Texas for five years and completed a two-year federal clerkship with district judge Ewing Werlein, Jr. in 2007.
Kristin is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation, Employment, Energy & Utilities and Environment/Natural Resources practice groups.
